Back in July, we were introducing you to Annie Boh, an aerospace engineer at Honda of America's R&D department. Seeing as how these beauties on our lineup (like the 2015 Honda Accord wouldn't be much to write home about if it weren't for folks like Annie, we were awfully pleased to meet her. Now that we've had a chance to make Cynthia Simmons' acquaintance, the pride in our favorite automaker just continues to grow here at Island Honda.
If the name isn't ringing any bells, Cynthia is an assistant manager at the Honda Customer Support Center. Seeing as how just about everyone has a horror story about dealing with a customer service representative at some point, it's great to know that people like Cynthia are there to make sure our drivers are satisfied.
