Following a complete redesign for its latest iteration, the 2017 Honda Ridgeline has garnered high praise from its peers in the North American automotive media - which was evident during the North American International Auto Show this past week. Specifically, they were pleased to award the Ridgeline with the honors of "2017 North American Truck of the Year", marking the second consecutive year that Honda has been awarded a top honor - as well as being the Ridgeline's second award in the last 11 years.

Honda and its passenger cars did very well at the recent Vincentric Best Value in America rankings, taking home awards in multiple categories.

Rumors continue to persist that a sports car model is coming from Japanese automaker Honda. The latest grist for the mill is the occasion of Honda's 70th anniversary next year, which might be marked by the return of the S2000 roadster.
